Who handles the data?

The competition is organized by the school’s student council (DÖK). Send any questions about your data to the DÖK.

What do we store?

When points are recorded: the student’s name and class, the points and the reason; in the casino, the number of chips. For organizers: their username and name. For security, logins also record the IP address.

Why?

Only to run the competition: to calculate the classes’ points and to detect cheating.

Who can see it?

The public page only shows class standings, never names. Names are visible only to logged-in organizers.

Where is it stored?

On a server in the European Union provided by netcup GmbH as data processor. We don’t share the data with third parties. We use no advertising or tracking cookies: cookies only store your language and theme choice, and organizers’ logins.

For how long?

Until the end of the competition (17 April 2027). Data containing names is deleted afterwards, at the latest by the end of the school year.

What are your rights?

You can ask us to show what we store about you, and to correct or delete it. Contact the DÖK to do so.
